  4. Coffee County Bank's Mobile Banking is free* to download and offers a user-friendly design to make it easy for you to manage your bank accounts on the go.
  5. You will use the same username/password on Mobile Banking, that you use on CCB online Banking.
  6. Mobile banking allows:
    1. Check Account Balances & Activity
    2. Transfer Funds
    3. Pay Bills
    4. Contact Information for CCB
  7. SMS/Text Banking allows you to get balance and recent transaction history by text right on your mobile phone.

*Coffee County Bank does not charge fees to download or use CCB Mobile Banking. Mobile carrier charges for text messaging and web access services may apply. Check with your carrier for information.

**Online Banking users must first register and setup Bill Pay accounts on the computer prior to using the Bill Pay option located in Mobile Banking.

You must be registered in Coffee County Bank's Online Banking before you can use any of our Mobiliti services. The first time you register for Coffee County Bank's Mobile Banking, you will need to use a computer and have your mobile phone available to complete the enrollment process. If you are not automatically prompted to sign up for Mobile Banking once you log on to Online Banking, select the "Options" link and choose "Mobile Banking Profile" to start enrollment. You have three options when using Mobile Banking:


Download the App – Mobile Banking:

Includes all the banking features of our Mobile Browser but offered through a convenient downloadable app available to iPhone® and Android™ smartphones. iPhone® is a trademark of Apple, Inc. Android™ is a trademark of Google, Inc.

Mobile Browser – Mobile Banking:

A secure site that works from your registered web-enabled phone. Allows you to view account balances and activity, transfer funds between your CCB accounts, pay bills, and locate CCB branches/hours. Once enrolled in mobile banking, you can visit our mobile website's "Mobile Banking Login" link to login each time.

SMS – Text Banking:

Use simple text commands to retrieve balance information and recent transaction history. Once you have signed up for text banking, text Coffee County Bank (99588) with any of these commands:

  1. BAL = All Account Balances
  2. HIST + ACCT NAME = Single Account Activity
  3. ATM + Street or Zip = List of CCB ATM Locations
  4. BRANCH + Street or Zip = List of CCB Branch Locations
  5. HELP = Commands
  6. STOP = Cancel

Mobile Security Tips

Coffee County Bank is devoted to making CCB Mobile Banking safe and secure. CCB has numerous security safeguards in place which provide you the highest level of protection and secures your account information. Like a computer, your mobile phone needs to be protected.

Be aware of security threats and remember these helpful safety tips:

  • Never give out your account information or passwords in an email or text message claiming to be from the Bank. Coffee County Bank will never ask you for this information.
  • Do not follow links sent in suspicious text or email messages. Any immediate request for personal information is almost always a scam.
  • Use care when downloading apps. Download mobile apps only from reputable sources.
  • Make sure the web accounts you use have secure connections. Websites that contain "https" in the web address have secure connections and are encrypted.
  • Do not store passwords or personal data on your mobile phone.
  • Do not leave your mobile phone idle while your banking session is still active. Use the keypad or phone lock function on your mobile device when your phone is not in use. This ensures no one else can try to use it or view your information.
  • Once you have enrolled in CCB Mobile Banking, if your mobile phone is lost or stolen, contact the Bank immediately at 931-728-1977.
